IntlDateFormatter::setPattern -- datefmt_set_pattern — Set the pattern used for the IntlDateFormatter

Set the pattern used for the IntlDateFormatter.
The formatter resource.
New pattern string to use.
Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure. Bad formatstrings are usually the cause of the failure.
