SplQueue::__construct — Constructs a new queue implemented using a doubly linked list
This constructs a new empty queue.
Note: This method automatically sets the iterator mode to SplDoublyLinkedList::IT_MODE_FIFO.
This function has no parameters.
No value is returned.
